La Verdad sobre el Registro Social de Hogares (RSH)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"4\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">El RSH <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"7\">no es un beneficio en s\u00ed mismo<\/b>, sino una base de datos que permite al Estado conocer la realidad socioecon\u00f3mica de los hogares para asignar subsidios.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">El Mito:<\/b> &#8220;Si gano m\u00e1s dinero por formalizar, pierdo mi calificaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">La Realidad:<\/b> La calificaci\u00f3n se basa en el <b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"43\">ingreso promedio del hogar<\/b> (sumando a todos los integrantes) y se ajusta seg\u00fan la composici\u00f3n familiar. Si bien un aumento en los ingresos <i data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"182\">podr\u00eda<\/i> afectar la calificaci\u00f3n, la formalizaci\u00f3n por s\u00ed sola no es un castigo autom\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2. El Cruce de Informaci\u00f3n: \u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona realmente?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"7\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">El Estado ya posee la informaci\u00f3n. El sistema utiliza el <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"57\">cruce administrativo de datos<\/b> con instituciones como el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), el Registro Civil, la AFC y el sistema previsional.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto?<\/b> Que el sistema ya &#8220;sabe&#8221; qui\u00e9n emite boletas o qui\u00e9n tiene inicio de actividades. No formalizar no te hace invisible para el Estado, pero s\u00ed te priva de las herramientas de crecimiento que solo el sector formal ofrece (acceso a cr\u00e9ditos bancarios, fondos concursables, licitaciones p\u00fablicas y seguridad social).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">3. El Costo de Oportunidad: El verdadero riesgo<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"10\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Muchos emprendedores se mantienen en la informalidad para &#8220;proteger&#8221; su RSH, pero esto es contraproducente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Techo de cristal:<\/b> Sin formalizaci\u00f3n, el negocio no puede escalar. Est\u00e1s limitado a transacciones peque\u00f1as y a un mercado reducido.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Exclusi\u00f3n financiera:<\/b> Sin historial comercial (que se obtiene con la formalizaci\u00f3n), los bancos no ver\u00e1n tu negocio como sujeto de cr\u00e9dito.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Ineligibilidad para subsidios a la Pyme:<\/b> Muchos fondos de Sercotec o Corfo requieren formalizaci\u00f3n. Gesti\u00f3n del RSH<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"18\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">C\u00f3mo el RSH permite <b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"47\">actualizaciones<\/b>. Si un emprendedor formaliza pero sus ingresos a\u00fan son bajos, o si su composici\u00f3n familiar cambia, pueden actualizar sus datos. El RSH es din\u00e1mico, no est\u00e1tico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"19\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">III. El valor de la Seguridad Social<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-path-to-node=\"20\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Formalizar no es solo &#8220;pagar impuestos&#8221;.
