Algunos profesionales del n\u00famero te ofrecen el para\u00edso con un inicio de actividades digital y r\u00e1pido, cobr\u00e1ndote una tarifa m\u00ednima para facturar, pero omiten el verdadero calvario: la patente municipal.<\/span><\/h4>\n\n

\u00a1Qu\u00e9 tema tan necesario y punzante he puesto sobre la mesa!<\/span><\/p>\n

Existe una brecha enorme entre lo que se vende como “formalizaci\u00f3n expr\u00e9s” y la realidad operativa de emprender. Muchos emprendedores, ilusionados por la rapidez del tr\u00e1mite digital en el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), descubren demasiado tarde que tener un RUT y poder emitir boletas es solo el 20% del camino<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    El Silencio C\u00f3mplice:<\/b> Omiten deliberadamente la Patente Municipal<\/b>. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque gestionar una patente es un proceso burocr\u00e1tico tedioso, lento y que depende totalmente de la direcci\u00f3n comercial (inmobiliaria, zonificaci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n final). No es algo que se pueda automatizar con un click.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Nota importante:<\/b> Muchos contadores evitan el tema de la patente porque es un tr\u00e1mite que requiere coordinaci\u00f3n con arquitectos y gestores municipales, no solo con el SII. Si te ofrecen un servicio “todo incluido”, aseg\u00farate de que esa gesti\u00f3n est\u00e9 especificada por escrito en su contrato de servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
